Join me every Wednesday evening for an hour and a half of extensive dance training. We will work the body mechanics needed to become more proficient in your salsa dancing. We will train body movement exercises, feet and ankle balance and strength exercises, rhythm and musicality exercises, speed and agility drills, creative shines, and even some stretching. Each class is based on the same premise, to train and build tools for individual self improvement in dance, but each class will be unique in what it offers. Open to all levels.
