Join me for two months of training in technique, performance and choreography. We will work on an expressive, dynamic and creative original choreography by Isa. You can join either in person or online from wherever you are. Even if you cannot make the designated rehearsal times, you can use the recordings to learn choreography on your own time. While this will be a more advanced choreography with influences in afro-latin and contemporary dance styles, it will be taught in an inclusive and supportive environment with an emphasis on individual growth through learning choreography.

During this 8 week course you will get:

* Learn a dynamic Afro-Latin dance choreography (this is a NON-GENDERED Choreography...if you love afro-latin dance, this is for you)

* 2 minimum hours of training per week * Training in fundamentals, technique, body-movement, performance and presence, expression

* LIVE breakdowns and coaching

* Individual attention and critique both in person and via video from Isa
