Dance Mobility and Conditioning

Join me every Wednesday at noon to train your conditioning, mobility and flexibility. We will train some fundamental techniques for mobility, length, strength, balance, and extensions. We will condition and stretch our bodies for a full hour. Be prepared to sweat and stretch. This kind of training is incredibly individual and there will be options and variations for different levels of mobility and flexibility. Water and a mat or a comfortable space to stretch are encouraged.
